Here is a recently completed re-roof project in Hamilton for PlaceMakers. A full inspection of their roof revealed large amounts of rust and failed fixings and deemed it necessary the roof was no longer cost-effective to save. We elected to replace the roof with a new ZinaCore five-rib roofing and UltraSafe trafficable clear sheeting, all paired with class five tech screws and fireproof building paper.
