Here is a recently completed project on a residential home, where we installed new fibreglass membrane decks over the existing plywood substrates to resolve leaks into lower-level bedrooms and the garage. This project serves as a great example of how cost-effective fibreglass can be over larger surface areas, while still maintaining a visually appealing appearance and providing a durable surface for outdoor furniture.
Scope of Work
We removed the original roof and installed a new synthetic underlay, paired with a Roofing Industry’s Trim rib profile. we also installed a new change of pitch flashing on the join of our new roof to the remaining original section, and new hip flashing
This project was a budget friendly solution this building as over the following years we have replaced further sections as need be.
