Here is a recently completed project on a commercial roof in an industrial area of Tauranga where we have installed new roofing, cladding, guttering, and cap flashings, showcasing our metal roofing skills and attention to detail.
This project required precise planning and execution to minimize disruption to the businesses operating within the building while ensuring long-lasting durability and compliance with industry standards.
Scope of Work
For this project, our client had a low-pitch roof with an unsuitable product for the existing metal roofing. We opted to remove the existing metal roof, internal guttering, and parapet wall system, and replace them with a new Roofing Industries Multidek clip roof system.
We chose longer sections of guttering and parapet capping to limit the number of laps on the roof, minimizing future failure points. Paired with the Multidek’s hidden fixing design, this roof is now ready for the next downpour, without the massive water ponding issues.
Additionally, we installed a new pitched Trimrib roof over the upstairs office area, and a Slimclad wall system showcasing a few different profiles over the site.
