For this project, we arrived on site and completed our pre-start paperwork, this wall followed up with a detailed water blasting to remove all the dirt and grime from the surface of the deck. This provided us with a clear picture of the condition of the membrane and gave us a clean surface area to make repairs.

We reglued the existing membranes lap system back in place and installed a layer of primer to the deck, ready for our new liquid membrane to bond to.

We installed a new coating of Vikings Sealcoat to the deck, giving us a hydrophobic, seamless layer over the original membrane. This promotes faster drainage and prevents ponding affecting the laps in the membrane.
